MyHomeopathy ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect through the Request Early Access form on myhomeopathy.app, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

1) What data we collect

When you submit the Early Access form, we may collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Country
• Role (e.g., homeopath, student, clinic)
• Message / what you want to improve
• Technical data (basic server logs such as IP address, browser user agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.

2) Why we collect it (purpose)

We use this data to:

• respond to your Early Access request and contact you about onboarding,
• manage invites (we may invite users in waves),
• understand needs and prioritize product development,
• prevent spam and abuse.

3) Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your data based on:

• your consent (you choose to submit the form), and/or
• legitimate interests (secure operation of the website and Early Access program).

4) Email delivery (PHP mail)

When you submit the form, your message is sent to our team via our website server using PHP mail. We do not use a third-party email marketing platform for Early Access submissions at this stage.

5) How we use AI (if applicable)

If we provide an optional AI feature, you are responsible for what you submit. Do not send identifiable patient details through the Early Access form or any AI input. AI use is optional and does not replace professional judgment.

6) Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data only with providers required to run the website (e.g., hosting), under appropriate safeguards.

7) Data retention

We keep Early Access request data only as long as necessary for the Early Access program and follow-up. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 8).

8) Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No online system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

9) Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, object, and withdraw consent.
